Online Recruitment Portal module added to Innovacare

Valentia has added a full Online Recruitment Portal module to our increasingly popular Innovacare Supported Living system.

The Recruitment Portal now enables domiciliary care and community care organisations that use Innovacare to manage all of their carer and staff recruitment online via the portal.

The portal is embedded within the Innovacare system and can be ‘skinned’ with each user organisation’s name and branding. Innovacare user organisations can now easily advertise vacancies directly onto their own recruitment portal and can then manage all stages of the recruitment process, from initial application right through to employment contract, within the portal.

For successful candidates, all data inputted and recorded during the recruitment process is seamless transferred into the respective Carer Profile or Staff Profile section within Innovacare, thereby automatically populating these data fields within the system and dispensing with a requirement to re-enter the same data.

Announcing the new feature, Innovacare platform manager, Mubi Raza Ali stated: “our launch of this new feature Innovacare has been made to address the continuous carer and staff recruitment needs of Innovacare client organisations and thereby assist in reducing recruitment overheads and increasing efficiencies.
