At the core of CareMonX is Valentia’s world-class ‘Command and Control’ call-taking and response management (CAD), resource mobilisation (MDT) and real-time point-of-care clinical reporting (ePCR) applications. Because the software is highly configurable around workflows, EMS providers can implement intelligent rule-based solutions that are very intuitive and easy to use.

CareMonX EMS solutions can also optionally include Valentia’s enterprise modules for resource management, crew rostering, clinical and operational audit, fleet and asset management, inventory management, records management, billing and revenue management, and advanced reporting, all of which can be seamlessly integrated.

CareMonX leverages the very latest web and next-generation communications technologies to offer highly-scalable, secure solutions that are highly interoperable and interface-rich as well as being ubiquitous to all communications modalities, including social media. It also makes extensive use of mapping and GIS technologies.

Reflecting its mission-critical nature, CareMonX supports real-time integration with specialised clinical triage systems, clinical referral systems and health data repositories. Integration with on-board vital signs and medical devices, and real-time transmission of associated data, is also supported.

For in-field devices, CareMonX supports Windows, Android and iOS operating systems, thereby giving EMS providers complete flexibility in relation to hardware device selection linked to budget considerations.

Emergency CAD

Processes emergency calls and other data received, enables comprehensive incident management in real time, and informs decision-making on the most appropriate resource to dispatch to an incident.


Provides a range of call-based and online booking tools to enable non-emergency patient transport services to achieve efficient use of available resources and optimise utilisation of fleets.

Resource Mobilisation (MDT)

Enables real-time, bi-directional exchange of incident data, mapping and routing information, messaging, status updates and alerts between control rooms and in-field ambulances and crews.

Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR)

Uses configurable care pathways for optimised fast and accurate point-of-care data capture, empowers paramedics to make informed decisions and interventions, and enables bi-directional real-time transfer of data with control rooms, hospitals and other specified locations.

Enterprise Modules

CareMonX EMS Suite can be integrated with each of the modules of Valentia’s Fusion ERP Suite to create a seamless end-to-end front-line and enterprise solution that is optimally configured to meet each customer’s unique requirements.
